In 2018, the Legends Ball was established  to honor those who have consistently and effectively served the students and families of Freeport and the Long Island Community for a number of years. 

This year’s honorees are Michael Cohen, Brenda Leotaud-posthumously, Dr. Denise Lloyd, Judith Kearney, April Francis Taylor and Clejetter Worrells.
